  • Organization and facility data: organization name, facility names, court configurations, operating hours, and branding preferences.
  • Booking data: team names, session times, coach assignments, attendance, and related scheduling details.
  • Usage data: device type, browser information, IP address, and feature usage for analytics and support.
  • Communication data: messages sent through the in-app messaging system.
How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the scheduling platform.
  • Send notifications, reminders, and service updates.

Data Retention

We keep your account and booking data for as long as your organization maintains an active CourtSweep account. If you delete a booking, team, or other record, it is removed from active use immediately but may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days. If you delete your account, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Delete your account and associated personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase: database, authentication, and storage infrastructure. Data is hosted in secure cloud environments.
  • Stripe: payment processing for subscriptions and invoices. Stripe handles payment card details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Analytics: we may use analytics tools to understand feature usage and improve the Service. These tools collect anonymous usage data.

Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy and security practices. We share only the data necessary for them to perform their services.

Cookies and Local Storage

CourtSweep uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and support offline functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working correctly.

Data Security

CourtSweep is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
