By accessing or using CourtSweep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, coaches, administrators, and organization owners.
CourtSweep is a scheduling and operations platform for sports facilities, gyms, clubs, and academies. The Service allows organizations to manage court bookings, coaching assignments, season planning, team rosters, messaging, and related workflows. Features may vary based on your subscription plan.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, according to the plan selected by your organization. You may cancel or change your subscription from the Organization settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
CourtSweep and its original content, features, and branding are owned by CourtSweep and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription or access period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtSweep and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourtSweep and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, United States, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party waives any right to a jury trial or class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
